Damage Policy

We take great pride in maintaining our costume collection, ensuring every piece is ready to help you bring your creative projects to life.

 

What We Expect from Renters

● Please handle all costumes with care and respect.

● Avoid permanent alterations or unsafe adjustments without prior permission.

● Report any damage or issues as soon as they occur.

 

Damage Reporting

● If you notice any damage when you receive the costume, please inform us immediately so we can note it and avoid any misunderstandings.

 

Damage Responsibility

● Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

This includes but is not limited to:

● Tears, rips, or holes in fabric

● Stains or burns that cannot be cleaned

● Lost or broken accessories included with the costume

● Permanent alterations or unsafe modifications

 

Repair or Replacement Charges

● Minor repairs (small stitches, buttons): Covered by rental fee if reported 

● Major damage or loss: May incur a replacement fee based on the costume’s purchase price.

 

Returning Costumes

● Costumes should be returned clean and in the condition they were rented.

● Any costume returned damaged without prior notice may be subject to a charge.
