Costume Damage Policy 

We take great pride in maintaining our costume collection, ensuring every piece is ready to help  you bring your creative projects to life. 

 

What We Expect from Renters 

 

Please handle all costumes with care and respect. 

Avoid permanent alterations or unsafe adjustments without prior permission. 

Report any damage or issues as soon as they occur. 

 

Damage Reporting 

If you notice any damage when you receive the costume, please inform us immediately so we  can note it and avoid any misunderstandings. 

 

Damage Responsibility 

Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear  and tear. This includes but is not limited to: 

  • Tears, rips, or holes in fabric 

  • Stains or burns that cannot be cleaned 

  • Lost or broken accessories included with the costume 

  • Permanent alterations or unsafe modifications 

Repair or Replacement Charges 

  • Minor repairs (small stitches, buttons): covered by rental fee. 

  • Major damage or loss: May incur a replacement fee based on the costume’s purchase price. 

 

Returning Costumes 

Costumes should be returned clean and in the condition they were rented. Any costume returned damaged without prior notice may be subject to a charge.
